Requests are basically instructions sent by you to our team so changes can be made to your site.
To request changes, all you need to do is send an email to our support desk with clear instructions on what you need and it will be done within 1-3 business days.
If you have the Accelerated or Partner package, you will be able to request changes directly on your website without sending an email.
Requests Included: edits to your content of any page including adding testimonials, making styling changes, adding blog posts, or adding a new page with the content you send.
Requests NOT Included: creating new functions like membership area, designing a new page like a sales page, creating the content or new graphics.
How long does a request take?
The clearer your instructions are, the faster we can have if completed. If you are a current client with a Care Plan in good standing and it's included in your package, we'll get to it right away.
If your request is not included in your package, we will let you know and we can send you a quote and timeline before we start.
Here are some general guidelines for requests:
- Small Tasks: within 1-4 business days
- Larger Tasks: within 1-2 weeks
- Project: we will need to let you know once we have a brief
Definitly not. There is no contract for a specific amount of time. You can cancel at any time and at the end of the current billing period (term you are paid for), your account will be canceled.
What if I have a request that's not included?
If you require something that we do not cover under your package, we would be happy to see if we can help you with it. We may need to complete a more formal quote depending on the request.
You can start by sending us a message as you normally would for your requests.
We will then discuss your needs with you and see what next steps to take.
What if I need more hours of support?
If you have a task that will take more than your dedicated time for the month, we will provide you with a quote for your to approve which will be seperate from your plan.
Once approved, we will work past the included time and send a bill for the overage at our current support rate as of January 1, 2022 of $97/hour.
You would be surprised at how much we can get done in an hour.
My website wasn't created by you, can I still get website care?
Yes, you definitely can! Even though our website care plans have been built specifically for our existing web design clients, we can support you and your WordPress site.
Our only requirement is that we check out your site and complete a Website Tune-Up to make sure everything is in good working order and using our systems before we start continuous care.
A Website Tune-Up includes full security scanning, a complete website backup, speed optimization, fix broken links, all software updates, and a detailed review on your website.
You will also receive 2 hours of dedicated time so we can fix any issues that come up and implement our recommendations for your site.
A Website Tune-Up is a one-time fee of $497. You can then join one of our Website Care Packages for continued support.
This is only for websites that we didn't build.
I'm a DIY person, why do I need you?
As software geeks, we get that. If you're into fiddling with WordPress core updates, plugin updates, theme updates, security, backups, uptime monitoring, and maybe even staging sites, then more power to you. One question though:
